Andrew Hector

Andrew Hector is a seasoned professional in the property sector, currently serving as a Partner at HECTOR PEARCE LLP since January 2025, and as a Director at JLL since December 1997, where leadership of Valuation and Lease Advisory teams takes place. Specializing in rent review and lease negotiation, Andrew also engages in Expert Witness work, primarily within the commercial property domain across the South West of England, addressing the needs of both occupiers and landlords. With extensive experience spanning various property types and estate management issues including valuation, rating, and compulsory purchase, Andrew previously held the position of Partner at King Sturge from December 1997 to April 2011 and served as a Senior Surveyor at Plymouth City Council from September 1984 to December 1997. Andrew holds a Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management at the University of Reading.
