Andy Couch is a recognized leader in retail real estate restructuring and currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Restructuring Advisory Services at JLL. With a unique skill set that spans various life-cycle phases including growth, M&A, and turnarounds, Andy has cultivated expertise in areas such as corporate finance and investment decision-making. Prior to JLL, Andy held significant positions at companies including Gordon Brothers, where they were a Managing Director, and Delhaize America, where they served as Vice President of Real Estate. Andy began their career as a Sr. Consultant at KPMG Management Consulting before progressing through diverse roles in finance and real estate. Currently, Andy is also engaged in Executive Development at Columbia University - Columbia Business School.
