Andy Friedlander is an experienced cross-functional leader, sustainability strategist, and customer experience expert who currently serves as the Global Sustainable Strategy & Integration Leader (Tech) at JLL. Previously, they co-founded Mentor Creative Group and held roles such as Principal Sustainability Leader at Amazon and Director of Retail for North America at Specialized Bicycle Components. Andy has a diverse background with significant experience in digital strategy and retail management, having worked at notable organizations including VF Corporation, Deloitte Digital, and Ubermind. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation from Pacific Lutheran University and are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Bainbridge Graduate Institute.
