Andy Schmitz

Andy Schmitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including sports management, operations, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Principal of Global Commercial Growth at JLL since April 2021, Andy previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the National Runaway Safeline, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, finance, technology, and human resources. With a strong background in high-performance coaching and management, Andy contributed to USA Triathlon as High Performance General Manager, achieving significant milestones such as a historic Olympic Gold medal and exponential increases in international medal wins. Educational credentials include a Team USA Leadership Certificate from Northwestern University, a Master’s degree in Sport Management from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Sport Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
