Andy Wisniewski

Andy Wisniewski serves as Vice President at Highwoods Properties, bringing 34 years of commercial real estate experience to the role. They have led the Pittsburgh office and specialized in negotiating office leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, having executed over five million square feet of leases and investment sales valued at over $1.5 billion. Wisniewski previously held positions as Executive Vice President at CB Richard Ellis and Senior Vice President at The Galbreath Company, among others. They earned an MBA in real estate and finance from Penn State University and a BS in architecture from the University of Michigan.
