Ann Keen

Ann Keen currently serves as the Global Workplace Experience Services Director at JLL, where responsibilities include crafting innovative strategies and curating programs to enhance employee and guest experiences. Previous roles include Director of Customer Experience, focusing on modernizing work environments, and Client Engagement Specialist at AmTrav Corporate Travel. Ann has also held positions such as Patient Care Coordinator at Fox Valley Integrated Health and Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at JP Morgan Chase, where occupancy management for the East Region was a primary duty. Ann's early career includes serving as the Founding Managing Director of Polarity Ensemble Theatre and various roles at JPM Chase. Ann Keen holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Acting from Arizona State University and has a bachelor's degree from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
