Arce Verdillo is currently pursuing a Master of Distance Education and a BS in Metallurgical Engineering at the University of the Philippines. They have held various management roles, notably as a Senior Manager of Regional Knowledge Management at Jones Lang Lasalle Philippines from 2017 to 2022, where they focused on organizational learning and quality standards across the APAC region. Arce previously worked at Emerson Climate Technologies in several capacities, including as Operations Services and Lean Manager, leading process improvements and quality management initiatives.
