Ashley Bray

Ashley Bray is currently the Director of HR Advisory at JLL NZ, where they collaborate with business leaders to foster an engaging and recognized workplace. Previously, they served as the People & Performance Manager at Colliers, leading initiatives to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and high performance. Ashley's early career included roles as a flight attendant and assistant manager before transitioning into HR, where they honed their expertise in talent strategy and coaching. They hold several qualifications, including a Diploma of Human Resources Management and a Strengths Profile Coaching Accreditation.
