Ashley began a career in architecture with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the University of Kentucky and furthered education with a Master's in Architecture from Kent State University. Notable positions held include Senior Project Designer at Lopez Studio Group and Sr. Project Designer at BHDP Architecture, along with project management roles at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL, where Ashley was also a Vice President of Projects.
