Ashwin Kunder, MRICS, has extensive experience in the logistics and industrial sectors, with a focus on retail and alternative asset classes. They began their career with a two-month project at Wipro Infotech Ltd in 2006 and subsequently held various roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Vestian Global Workplace Services, including Director and Associate Director positions in retail. From 2015 to 2018, Ashwin served as Senior Director at JLL in the Retail & Leisure sector and is currently the Head of Logistics & Industrial, overseeing retail and alternative businesses in Karnataka and Kerala. Ashwin holds a PGDM from Alliance University Business School and a BBM from MICRO Business Management College.
