Austin Kriz

Austin Kriz, SIOR, is an Executive Managing Director at JLL, where they leverage over a decade of experience in industrial real estate to provide strategic portfolio optimization solutions. Since joining JLL in April 2021, they have specialized in manufacturing and distribution assets, negotiating real estate requirements ranging from 1,000 to 3,000,000 square feet. Previously, Austin served as Vice President at CBRE from 2014 to 2021. They hold degrees in International Business, Finance, and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina, along with studies in Chinese at Ming Chuan University in Taipei, Taiwan.
