Senior Client Manager

Azim Khan has extensive experience in customer service and financial operations, beginning with a role as Customer Service Support at Convergys from October 2012 to July 2013, where responsibilities included solving customer queries and preparing team performance reports. Following this, Azim worked at Serco from July 2013 to April 2014 in Finance & Accounting Operations focused on Collections & Dispute Management, and then as a Process Analyst at Accenture from June 2014 to April 2018, responsible for preparing various reports and process documentation. Currently, Azim serves as a Senior Client Manager at JLL since August 2022, overseeing a team, managing lease administration functions, and working on budgeting and revenue forecasting. Azim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Delhi University, an MBA in International Business from The Nottingham Trent University, and is pursuing a CMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
