Beata Ratajczyk

Beata Ratajczyk is a Senior FP&A Manager for Work Dynamic EMEA at JLL, where they build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Previously, they served as GL Team Leader at Elekta Business Services, managing a statutory accounting team and leading extensive financial processes. Beata also held positions at Technicolor and TMF Group, where they led teams of accountants and improved reporting and compliance processes. They hold a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw.
