Becky Trayers

Becky Trayers is a global HR leader with over 20 years of experience in driving HR strategy and people care. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at JLL, Becky leads the HR strategy for the East Region, focusing on initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, talent management, and employee engagement. Previously, Becky held various HR management roles, including Director of Recruiting at Great American Restaurants and Senior HR Business Partner at JLL, successfully transitioning over 2,100 employees and managing large-scale client partnerships. Becky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.
