Ben Bailey

Ben Bailey is a corporate and commercial real estate executive with a comprehensive background in leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Managing Director for the Insurance Segment at JLL, Ben oversees client relationships and business strategy for a team of 400 associates managing over 40 million square feet globally. Previously, Ben held the position of Senior Vice President and Global Account Director for Lenovo, where they implemented significant real estate optimization initiatives and led a Six Sigma Black Belt project to enhance service delivery. Ben's career began in the US Navy as a Commissioned Officer in the Civil Engineer Corps, specializing in construction and facilities engineering, where they managed multi-million dollar projects and led large teams. With an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Ben combines analytical skills with a commitment to mentorship and diversity in the workplace.
