Ben Butler

Ben Butler is a Director in the Value and Risk Advisory division at JLL, specializing in the valuation of office and retail properties for lenders and institutional investors. With experience as a Certified General Appraiser in New York and New Jersey, Ben has appraised a wide range of commercial real estate, including Class A office buildings and large-scale development sites. Ben previously worked at Metropolitan Valuation Services, which JLL acquired in July 2022, and held various roles in property management and legal internships. Ben is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Finance and Philosophy at Rutgers Business School, maintaining a GPA of 3.83.
