Ben Nicholson is a commercial property professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in Prime Grade assets. Currently serving as the General Manager and Senior Director at Aurora Place since 2020, Ben has a proven track record in asset repositioning, complex leasing, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, they held key roles at Mirvac, DEXUS Property Group, and The GPT Group, among others. Ben is also an active Committee Member for Property Asset Management at the Property Council of Australia.
