Ben Parkinson

Ben Parkinson has extensive experience in the property and investment sectors, beginning with a role as Director at CB Richard Ellis Hotels from 1999 to 2008, where a new 'pub' business unit in the Australian market was established. Following this, Ben served as National Manager - Capital Transactions at Coles from 2008 to 2013, overseeing site identification and feasibility for various Coles Group brands. Further positions at Coles included Head of Investment Management - National and Head of Property Liquor & Hotels - National, focusing on asset management and development opportunities. From July 2018 to December 2019, Ben was the National Head of Retail Investments at Savills, specializing in retail investments in Australia. Since January 2020, Ben has been the State Director - Capital Transactions and Managing Director - South Australia at JLL. Currently, Ben is active in the Property Council of Australia's South Australian Division Council. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business in Property from the University of South Australia.
