Benjamin Burnham

Benjamin Burnham has a diverse background in data center construction, hi-tech infrastructure, and corporate real estate, bolstered by management experience from a 5-year term in the United States Army. They have worked with clients such as Dow Chemical, Royal Dutch Shell, and Chevron Corporation, applying hands-on expertise across all phases of building construction. Benjamin held various roles including Senior Consultant and Consultant in project management, consistently demonstrating leadership and delivering projects on time and within budget. Currently, they serve as Vice President of Industrial at JLL, following a series of consultant positions at Turner & Townsend and Gallant Builders. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
