Benjamin Wold

Benjamin Wold is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and risk analysis. Currently serving as Senior Underwriter and Vice President at JLL since November 2015, Wold has previously held similar roles at Oak Grove Capital from August 2010 to October 2015, and has a background in commercial mortgage transactions from positions at Arbor Commercial Mortgage and Love Funding Corporation. Wold's expertise encompasses underwriting multifamily, health care, and affordable housing transactions, successfully managing over $500 million in closed deals.
