Bevan Richardson

Bevan Richardson is currently the Director and Services Australia Contract Lead at JLL, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Bevan served as a Quality Assurance Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle and as a Director for Government QA at LMW. Bevan has extensive experience in the valuation field, with previous roles as Head of Compliance at MVS National and Senior Valuer at CB Richard Ellis. Bevan also held the position of Director at MVS (SEQ) Pty Ltd and Senior Risk Valuer – Queensland at Megaw & Hogg National Valuers. Bevan is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management and a Master of Taxation, reflecting a commitment to professional growth and excellence in various fields.
