Blaine Fleming is currently the Director of Debt & Equity Placement at JLL, where they have also served as an Associate and previously held the role of Director in Capital Markets. They began their career as a Salesman at Lacrosse Unlimited from 2010 to 2012 and gained valuable experience as an Analyst Intern at Hayden Real Estate Investments in 2015 and as an Associate at Avison Young from 2016 to 2018. Blaine completed their education in Commercial Real Estate and Finance at Marquette University, graduating in 2016, after attending St. Joseph's Preparatory School from 2008 to 2012.
