Bob Vaughn

Bob Vaughn has extensive experience in facilities and operations management, having held various managerial positions across multiple companies. At Johnson Controls from August 2003 to March 2006, Bob managed day-to-day operations at two manufacturing facilities totaling 1.4 million square feet with a budget of approximately $5 million. Subsequent roles included managing seven Facility Managers responsible for 10 to 15 facilities at an annual budget of $4 million and overseeing operations as Capital Projects Manager. Bob's tenure at CBRE from September 2016 to January 2018 involved managing approximately 500,000 square feet for a pharmaceutical company with a $3.9 million budget. Prior roles included Operations Manager at Affiliated Building Services and positions at JLL as Facilities Manager and Senior Facilities Manager, managing spaces for various industries. Bob holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from York Technical College.
