Brett Cox is a Senior Research Manager at JLL, leading a team of analysts to provide data-driven insights and solutions for clients in the Carolinas markets. They have a strong academic background in geospatial science and technology, holding a master's degree and a graduate certificate from North Carolina State University, where they also honed their professional communication and managerial skills. Additionally, Brett earned a bachelor's degree in music teacher education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they discovered a passion for teaching and training others. Previously, Brett co-founded Cardinal Geospatial and served in various roles, including Director of Bands at Northwood High School and Customer Success Manager at Growers.
