Brian Halpern has over three decades of experience in the finance and commercial real estate sectors. Starting as Vice President at Charterhouse Investment Company from 1991 to 1994, Brian transitioned to CBRE Capital Markets, where, from 1994 until November 2015, Brian served as Executive Vice President with a focus on debt and equity finance. Currently, Brian holds the position of Managing Director at JLL, having joined the firm in November 2015. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Property Development & Management from the University of Southern California between 1986 and 1990.
