Brian Kost

Brian Kost is a dynamic General Manager at Harborside with extensive experience in security and property management. They previously held leadership roles as Director of Security at both Meredith Corporation and The Mobil Building, where they implemented initiatives to enhance safety and security protocols. Brian's background also includes serving as a Sergeant in the Intelligence Bureau of the New York City Police Department, where they improved recruitment processes and established best practices. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Training and Development at Seton Hall University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from John Jay College.
