Brian Sajdak

Brian Sajdak is currently the Category Management Director at JLL, bringing extensive experience in category management with a focus on the food production industry. Prior roles include Senior Category Manager at Tyson Foods, where they led various procurement initiatives in Human Resources, resulting in substantial cost avoidance and savings. They also served as a Consultant at Accenture and a Category Analyst at Rockwell Automation, honing their skills in strategic sourcing and supplier management. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Finance from Marquette University.
