Britton Burdette

Britton Burdette is a Senior Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets in Atlanta, where they lead the Southeast Industrial Capital Markets practice, a role they have held since joining JLL in 2017. Under their leadership, the team focuses on the disposition and capitalization of industrial assets across the Southeast, contributing to an impressive $8.2 billion in transactional value since 2021. Prior to JLL, Britton served as a Director at Stan Johnson Company, where they managed the Atlanta office and led a specialized team in net lease property transactions. Britton began their career as a Consulting Associate at Callan Associates and later worked as a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap. Britton holds a degree from the College of Charleston, obtained in 2002.
