Brock Yaffe

Brock Yaffe is a Managing Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, where they have worked since 2013 after the acquisition of HFF. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and finance, Brock is responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions across various regions in the United States. Throughout their career, they have facilitated over $4.5 billion in commercial mortgage debt and equity placements, working with diverse property types. Before joining JLL, Brock served as an Assistant Vice President at NorthMarq Capital and worked as a portfolio analyst for Marquette Financial Companies. Brock began their career with an internship at CB Richard Ellis and gained experience at Belgarde Enterprises while still in college.
