Bruce P.

Bruce P. is a seasoned economist currently serving as the Chief Economist and Head of Research for Greater China at JLL since July 2022, leading a team of over 50 researchers in the property industry. With a strong academic background, including a Ph.D. in Economics from The University of Hong Kong, Bruce also holds multiple advanced degrees in Economics and Sociology from prestigious institutions. Bruce's roles extend to being a Member of the China Chief Economist Forum and a Distinguished Senior Research Fellow at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences' National Institution for Finance and Development. Additionally, Bruce serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong's School of Hotel and Tourism Management. Prior experience includes leadership positions in macro and strategy research at China Renaissance and as an equity strategist at HSBC Global Banking and Markets.
