Bruce Shaffer is currently the Director of Engineering at JLL, having transitioned to this role in 2024. Previously, they served as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Clarios from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, Bruce held several positions at Johnson Controls, including Operations Manager, where they assisted in the launch of the TMMTX joint venture, and Engineering Manager, overseeing engineering for Jeep facilities. Bruce began their career as an Engineer, focusing on AGM battery technology. They earned a degree in Plastics Engineering from Ferris State University between 1992 and 1995.
