Bryan Lockard, MRICS, is currently the Executive Managing Director at JLL, where they oversee all commercial property sectors and lead the Healthcare & Alternative Real Estate division within the Value and Risk Advisory group. Beginning their career as an Associate at HealthTrust, Bryan has also held positions as Vice President at CBRE and Managing Director in JLL's Valuation & Advisory Services, specializing in seniors housing and healthcare. They graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and have furthered their expertise in General Commercial Appraisal through the Appraisal Institute. Bryan’s extensive experience includes valuation and feasibility studies for diverse clients across the U.S. and Canada.
