Caitlin Uren

Caitlin Uren is a Senior Director at JLL, specializing in Outbound Superfund Capital, where they contribute to the Australian Superfunds' outbound capital strategy. Caitlin possesses 15 years of diverse experience in capital markets, having previously worked as a Certified Practising Valuer at Egan National Valuers and AVA Property, focusing on commercial and residential development valuations. They also held leadership roles at JLL as Head of ESG, where they directed sustainable investment strategies, and as Director of Asset Repositioning, overseeing initiatives across Europe. Additionally, Caitlin serves on the VIC Sustainable Development Committee for the Property Council of Australia. They earned their Honours degree from RMIT University.
