Carol Reed, RPA, FMA, CRRP, has extensive experience in real estate property management, serving in various senior roles across prominent companies. At Mandelbaum & Mandelbaum from April 1998 to May 2013, Carol managed a team of seven, focusing on risk management and building systems while overseeing contract services. Subsequently, at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2013 to March 2016, responsibilities expanded to include operational and financial oversight of properties, with rigorous reporting and budgeting requirements. Carol then worked at CBRE from March 2016 to December 2023, ensuring the financial performance of diverse asset types in New Jersey and Georgia. Currently, Carol serves as General Manager at JLL, managing financial performance for 5.5 million square feet of industrial assets. Carol's educational background includes degrees in Real Estate Management and Paralegal Studies, complemented by certifications in sustainability.
