Earlier in their career, Carolyn held positions as an Interior Designer at Cardinal Office Systems and Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects, where they developed comprehensive space planning strategies. Carolyn has demonstrated expertise in managing project scopes, coordinating relocations, and optimizing occupancy to drive organizational change. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from the University of Kentucky.
