Carolyn Sparshott

Carolyn Sparshott is an experienced professional in asset management, having held various positions in the retail and leisure sectors. Carolyn’s career includes roles as Asset Director at Capreon Asset Management from January 2023 to August 2023, and as Asset Manager for both Capreon and BMO Real Estate Partners from 2007 to 2023. Prior to these, Carolyn served as Senior Property Manager at Capital Shopping Centres and held managerial roles at F&C REIT Asset Management and Capreon. Currently, Carolyn is the Director of Asset Management at JLL, where responsibilities encompass overseeing asset management strategies. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Real Estate from the University of Greenwich.
