Cathy Clune

Cathy Clune is a seasoned commercial real estate professional who serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager at JLL Rail Practice Group, utilizing extensive experience in managing and negotiating complex transactions. Previously, Cathy held positions at The Staubach Company as an Assistant Transaction Specialist, at a law office as a Real Estate Title Closer, and at Jones Lang LaSalle as an Associate Transaction Manager. With a focus on transportation projects and a deep understanding of regulatory processes, Cathy manages a wide array of real estate needs across an eight-state territory, including Manitoba. Cathy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Metropolitan State University, along with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from St. Paul College.
