Chad Stefonowicz is the West Region Director of IFM at JLL, managing teams to support corporate office space for Wells Fargo. With over twenty years of experience in facility management, Chad has a strong background in construction, project management, and vendor services. Previously, they held various roles at Starbucks, Facilities West, Premera Blue Cross, and Target, where they developed comprehensive facility management strategies and led multi-site operations. Chad earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering / Robotics from ITT Technical Institute-Portland and is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science at North Dakota State College of Science.
