Charles Halladay

Charles Halladay is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, as well as co-leader of JLL’s National Multi-Housing Group. They joined JLL following the acquisition of HFF and specialize in multi-housing finance, working with major lending institutions to secure various types of financing. Since 2012, Charles has closed more than 330 multi-housing transactions, totaling over $24 billion in capitalizations. Prior to JLL, Charles served as a Director at HFF from 2006 to 2019.
