Chase Monroe has over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Currently serving as President at JLL since March 2011, Chase oversees Office Tenant Representation across the East Coast and Midwest and leads the Southeast Region for Brokerage. Previously held the role of Market Director and Brokerage Lead for the Carolinas, where Chase managed tenant representation, agency leasing, investment sales, project services, and property management. Prior to JLL, Chase was a Partner and founder of Keystone Partners, a commercial real estate consulting firm, and held senior positions at Lincoln Harris and Spectrum Properties. Chase holds a BA in History from the University of Virginia.
