Che Flowers has a diverse background in data analytics, sustainability, and education. Starting as a Digital Production Associate at Penguin Group USA, Che transitioned into various roles including Reporting Analyst at Grant Thornton LLP and New York City Department of Environmental Protection, where responsibilities included business systems analytics and reporting on hurricane restoration goals. Che served as Data Architect at CodeGreen Solutions, leading the creation of data-driven solutions, and later took on positions such as Senior Data Operations Manager at Bright Power, Inc., and ESG Technical Solutions Architect at EY. Currently, Che serves as Director of Sustainability Data at JLL, overseeing ESG data management strategy for global portfolios and ensuring compliance with net-zero commitments. Additionally, Che is an Adjunct Professor at Bard College, teaching MBA students about effective data utilization and the impact of AI on business practices.
