Chip Stockmeyer

Chip Stockmeyer is currently the VP of Project and Development Services at JLL, bringing over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction Industry in San Diego. With more than 12 years dedicated to construction management, Chip has managed a diverse array of projects, including multi-family residential and medical office developments, as well as hospitality and historical preservation efforts. Previously, Chip held senior project management roles at firms such as Cassidy Turley, Johnson & Jennings, and Gilliland Construction Management. Chip's academic background includes a Bachelor of Architecture with a focus on Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan.
