Chris Kirby is currently the Executive Vice President IPM Lead - Carolinas at JLL. Previously, they served as General Manager at JLL from 2018 to 2020 and held the position of Sr. Vice President/Regional Director at CIP Real Estate from 2015 to 2018, where they implemented and oversaw a regional acquisition program in the Carolinas. Chris also worked as Vice President at Eastgroup Properties from 2014 to 2015 and had a significant tenure at Carlson Real Estate Company from 2007 to 2014, where they were involved in various aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisitions, and strategic planning. Chris is pursuing an MBA at the McColl School of Business.
