Chris Strathon is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Director in the Value and Risk Team at JLL since August 2000, Chris leads the JLL EMEA Specialist Asset Team, specializing in a diverse range of sectors including Datacentres, Life Sciences, Film Studios, Arenas, Sports Stadia, Car Parks, and complex developments. With extensive expertise in valuing commercial properties across the UK and Europe, Chris has provided services to banks, institutions, property companies, and major corporate occupiers. Prior to this role, Chris worked as a Senior Surveyor at Bilfinger GVA from September 1994 to July 2000. Chris holds a BSC in Land Management from the University of Reading and received education at Oundle.
