Chuck Gerace has extensive experience in property and facilities management, having held various leadership roles in notable companies. Chuck served as Senior Property Manager at Tishman Speyer from April 1994 to July 2009, and later occupied senior engineering positions at Cushman & Wakefield, including Senior Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer from October 2007 to September 2019. After a brief tenure as Regional Manager at JONES LANG LA SALLE in late 2013, Chuck transitioned to a Director of Engineering role at Fast Track Construction from October 2020 to July 2021, followed by Regional Facilities Manager at CBRE until October 2020. Currently, Chuck is Operations Manager at Sodexo since May 2022 and also serves as Operations Manager at JLL from May 2023. Chuck completed studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University between 1981 and 1983.
