Cindy Li

Cindy Li is the Managing Director of PDS China at JLL, bringing extensive experience in project and programme management within the civil engineering industry in both mainland China and the U.K. Previously, they held leadership roles at Arcadis as a Partner and at EC Harris as an Associate. Cindy has also served as a Senior Project Manager at CBRE and a Project Manager at SIP Project Management. They hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford - Said Business School and are currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology.
