Claudia Mitchell

Claudia Mitchell is currently the Sr. Director of Project/Programme Execution at JLL, where they leverage their extensive experience in program management to drive operational excellence. From 2015 to 2023, Claudia served as a Program Manager at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, where they identified and implemented service improvements, managed significant cost-tracking applications, and coordinated global communication initiatives. Earlier, they began their career at Johnson Controls, moving through roles from Customer Satisfaction Representative to Project Manager, where they gained recognition for innovative solutions and significant cost savings. Claudia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
