Cory Villaume

Cory Villaume is a seasoned professional in retail capital markets, with nearly two decades of experience across the Midwest. Cory began their career as an Investment Real Estate Broker at Marcus & Millichap, where they facilitated over $300 million in investment sales. They later served as Vice President at CBRE, focusing on retail investments, before joining JLL as a Senior Director. Cory holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
