Cory Watkins

Cory Watkins, MPRE, MBA, CPM®, RPA®, is currently the Vice President and Senior General Manager at JLL, where they focus on operational strategy, budgeting, and financial analytics. With extensive experience in property management roles at companies including JBG SMITH and Panco Management, they have developed a strong proficiency in lease administration, construction management, and sustainability. Cory previously served as Director of Facilities & Real Estate at Xometry and has held various positions in the real estate sector since beginning their career as a Leasing Consultant. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Hampton University, as well as a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate at Georgetown University, and an MBA at Strayer University.
