Damien Mills is an Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Canadian Brokerage at JLL, specializing in real estate analytics and strategy. With over 26 years of experience in corporate real estate, Damien has transitioned from Western Canadian Managing Director to a national leadership role, focusing on aligning clients' real estate strategies with their core business goals. Previously, Damien held positions such as Partner at Moss Realty and Principal at Cresa, and has actively contributed to sports organizations, serving as President of the Banff Alpine Racers and Co-Director of Sport for the 2014 Alberta Winter Games. Damien earned a BA in Psychology and Management from The University of Calgary.
